Subsidies
❮❮❮Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents may benefit from government-supported funding schemes to help offset course fees, depending on eligibility.
Skills and Workforce Development Agency (SWDA)
To qualify for the subsidy, you must be a Singaporean or PR aged 16 years or older.
Additional terms: Males must complete their National Service (NS) to be eligible. Applicants aged 16 to 20 must have at least 3 months of work experience (freelance, part-time, or internship all qualify) to receive the subsidy. There are no work requirements for those aged 21 and above.
Applicants aged 16 to 20 must provide proof of 3 months of employment. Accepted documents include CPF contribution statements, an employment letter, or a polytechnic transcript indicating an internship. Freelancers must provide invoices/receipts and bank transfer records between themselves and their clients as proof of employment.
SkillsFuture Career Transition Programme (SCTP)
This national movement subsidy ("SkillsFuture Subsidy") significantly reduces the cost of your tuition. You will pay only the nett course fee.
One-Year Program: $17,325 to $21,700. Art & Design Foundation + Specialist Diploma Program: $6,930 to $21,700.
Requirements: Singapore Citizens / Permanent Residents.
Post-Secondary Education Account (PSEA)
You can use the funds in your PSEA (previously Edusave) to pay for your course fees. To check your PSEA balance, call the Singapore Ministry of Education PSEA hotline at (65) 6260 0777.
Requirements: Singapore Citizens.
SkillsFuture Mid-Career Enhanced Subsidy (MCES)
For applicants above the age of 40, SkillsFuture offers an additional subsidy ranging from $70 to $5,000.
Requirements: Singapore Citizen, 40 years of age and above.
Note: These subsidies are subject to Singaporean or PR students meeting course attendance requirements and passing the final assessment/examination.
International Students
International applicants are not eligible for Singapore government subsidies. Selected applicants may be considered for scholarships during the admissions review process.

❮❮❮Course fees are payable in Singapore Dollars via cheque, telegraphic wire transfer, PayNow, PayLah or internet banking transfer. Credit card payment is accepted only for the admission fee (SGD $327) and cannot be used for school fees.
Students will receive email notifications and instructions regarding tuition fee payment to ensure timely payment. The late payment charge is 2% of the amount due.
3dsense Media School reserves the right to modify its program fees and policies as may be deemed necessary. 3dsense Media School is registered with SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) since 2004 and adopts the Fee Protection Scheme (FPS) in accordance with applicable regulations.
