INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS
Singapore is one of the most ethnically and culturally diverse countries in the world. International students are welcome in 3dsense and indeed, we have had students from the United States of America, Canada, Europe, Australia, Africa and all across Asia come and join us over the years.
LIVING IN SINGAPORE
DIGITAL CONNECTIVITY
Singapore has many policies in place to ensure that everyone has access to secure digital technologies. As of 2019, 98% of households have access to Internet (IMDA) and public Wifi is also available through IMDA's Wireless@SG. Truly, this is one of the reasons why Singapore is regarded as one of the most connected countries in the world.
STUDENT'S PASS
Every international student is required hold a valid Student's Pass, which is issued by the Singapore Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA). The school will apply for the Student's Pass on behalf of every international student who has been accepted to our program.
Do note that part-time work is illegal for Student's Pass holders. 3dsense also advise students not to work while studying as the course is intensive and requires deep focus in order to develop well as a digital artist.
ECONOMY AND CULTURE
Singapore is made up of 4 major ethnic groups; Chinese, Malays, Indians and Eurasians, with English as our main language. Due to the rich variety of cultures in Singapore, we also promote harmony and tolerance across different groups and religion.
Despite our small size, Singapore is an economic powerhouse with a stable government. Many expatriates from around the world have since chosen to live in Singapore.
TRUSTED EDUCATION SYSTEM
The EduTrust Certification Scheme is a quality assurance scheme for Private Education Institutions in Singapore. It signals a mark of confidence for institutions who have achieved impeccable standards in their corporate governance, administration, academic processes, student protection and financial viability.
On 02 March 2019, 3dsense was honored to renew our EduTrust certification for another 4 years.
