HOW TO APPLY

Here's our 8-step guide to your application and admission process.

Our intakes are usually filled 6-12 months before actual commencement.
Please apply early to avoid disappointment on intake dates.

STEP 1: 
SUBMIT ONLINE FORM

First, ensure that you meet our entry requirements (at the time of course commencement):

  • Above the age of 16

  • GCE 'O' Levels (or equivalent) with 3 Passes (C6 & above), including English

  • All applicants must submit a portfolio and pass an interview


Next, fill in our Online Form.
It should take about 4 minutes to complete.

Note: In the absence of the above qualifications, candidates will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

STEP 2:
GETTING IN TOUCH WITH YOU

Our program consultant will speak with you and help you understand more about the course(s) you have applied for.
We also encourage you to make an appointment to visit the school, so you can understand us better.

STEP 3:
SUBMIT
APPLICATION PACKAGE

Submit the following documents via email (subject: "Diploma Application Package").
Please keep your total attachments below 5MB.

  • 5 of your own artwork
  • a 300-word essay about yourself, why you want to be an artist and why 3dsense
  • educational certificates and school document transcripts
  • your photo (white background; 400x514 px)
  • NRIC (local students) / Passport (international students)

STEP 4:
PAYMENT OF
APPLICATION FEE

The application fee is SGD 218.00 (non-refundable; 8% GST included).
Please enter your Full Name as the Reference Number when making payment.

STEP 5:
INTERVIEW 

We arrange face-to-face interviews for local students and Skype interviews for international students.

This half-hour interview is mandatory, but don't worry, it's only for us to get to know each other better.

STEP 6:
WAIT FOR INTERVIEW RESULT

We will get back to you within 2 weeks after the interview. If accepted, you will an Acceptance Package which includes:

  • Letter of Acceptance
  • Student Contract (template)
  • Advisory Note (link)
  • Pre-course Counseling Checklist
  • FAQ on Fee Protection Scheme (link)
  • Medical Insurance Benefits (link)

STEP 7:
PRE-COURSE COUNSELING

We will elaborate on important information pertinent to the Student Contract, Advisory Note and other administrative information.

International students are to complete and email us the Student Pass Application Form.

(Form 16 and X36).

STEP 8:
1ST PAYMENT

The 1st installment is required to secure your spot in the school.

Payment instruction details will be sent to you via email.

We will apply for the Student Pass visa after step 8 on your behalf and inform you once it is approved.

Students must have completed High School education (with 3 passes) such as GCE 'O' Levels, 'N' Levels, NITEC, GCSE, Year 12, International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma, or any of the other equivalent qualifications below.
