You don’t need a studio setup to get started with Unreal Engine. Use these steps to begin.

  • Download the Epic Games Launcher from www.unrealengine.com.
  • Create a free Epic Games account.
  • Navigate to the “Unreal Engine” tab and click Install.

UE5 runs on Windows, macOS, and Linux, but may have some limitations. Also, make sure to check the system requirements because a strong GPU and ample RAM will improve your workflow.
